How to Choose the Correct-Sized Spectacle Frames
Finding the perfect fit for your spectacles is essential for comfort, style, and functionality. Use our size guide to determine the best frame width for you or your child.
Step 1: Measure Your Current Glasses
If you already own a comfortable pair of glasses, use a ruler to measure the total width of the frame across the front (including both lenses and the bridge). This is your frame width.
Step 2: Use the Size Chart
Refer to the table below to find the ideal size for your needs:
Narrow Adult - 110 - 129mm
Medium Adult - 130 - 139mm
Wide Adult - 140+mm
Narrow Child - 100 - 119 Age 3-7
Medium Child - 120 - 129mm Age 8-12
Wide Child - 130+mm Age 13 +
- Narrow Frames: Best for smaller faces or a snug fit.
- Medium Frames: Ideal for most face sizes and shapes.
- Wide Frames: Great for broader faces or a relaxed fit.
Step 3: Consider Your Preferences
- If you’re unsure, medium-sized frames work well for most people.
- For kids, refer to the age ranges as a helpful guide.
