Returns must be unworn, in original packaging, and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if these conditions are not met.

Please note, due to health regulations, we cannot refund or exchange earrings.

We deliver to Australia and New Zealand only. Orders over $200 qualify for free postage; otherwise, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia, within 72 hours. Delivery typically takes 3-14 days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Tracking numbers will be provided upon dispatch.
